His professional journey spans fundraising mandates, IPO execution, mergers and acquisitions, and financial strategy. Working with entrepreneurs, investors, institutions and businesses has shaped his understanding of what enables companies to move from ambition to scale.

At ViSURE, his vision is to bring capital, strategy, execution and relationships together through an integrated platform that supports businesses through financing, strategic direction, growth capabilities and access to meaningful opportunities.

Mandar Shrikant Joshi is a strategic finance leader, investor and business advisor with experience across corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and cross-border transactions.

A Chartered Accountant qualified in India and the UK, with an MBA in M&A, his professional journey includes senior CFO roles, experience with BDO Global and Ernst & Young, and building a Dubai-headquartered strategy advisory business.

With over USD 1.4 billion in structured cross-border transactions, Mandar brings financial discipline, strategic foresight and international business perspective to complex growth and investment decisions.

At ViSURE, he contributes board-level insight, global relationships and expertise in capital structuring, governance and enterprise value creation, helping businesses strengthen their foundations, become investment-ready and pursue sustainable growth across markets.
