2022

The Launch

• Incorporated Visure Investment Affairs with a mission to empower India’s emerging ventures
• Set core objectives around capital markets advisory, debt syndication and equity fundraising
• Achieved key first-month milestones by completing the first investment and forming initial strategic partnerships
• Closed the year with investments in 3 companies.

2023

The acceleration chapter

• Began the year by backing Maheshwari entrepreneurs through our Tank community initiative
• Expanded the portfolio with 8+ investments across sectors like EdTech, AI, Auto-care, Pet Food, Logistics, FMCG, Marketing and emerging technologies
• Successfully raised ₹300 Cr in debt syndication and equity fundraise for multiple companies

2024

The expansion chapter

• Co-founded Anvex AI, scaling the vision toward future-led innovation
• Expanded the portfolio with 9+ investments across high-growth sectors and added 6+ group companies to the portfolio
• Entered M&A advisory with 3 active mandates
• Raised ₹250 Cr in debt syndication for leading institutions like Vivriti, Poonawalla, Cred Avenue and Navkar
• Launched a full-scale financial advisory vertical, onboarding companies like CWC, Bigsun, SSM Pharma, SBL Naksh Logistics, MDR Exports and Innovher

2025

The transformation chapter

• This year marks an evolution with purpose, passion and a refreshed identity
• Visure also launched six verticals -ViInvestments, Visioneryy, ViSpark, ViCapSyync, ViCXOs and ViSocial - to streamline and structure the business in a sharper, future-ready manner
